- AC Robertson Who says they will use any, the largest nuclear plant in the country is also in the middle of a desert, next to the fifth largest city in the country, so what do they do for cooling? They use sewage,we have way more than we know what to do with.

- Did it say the land was free? I do not recall any of these projects saying they were going on free land, I do recall on the last 2 in said they would get a 99 year lease.

Check your facts before you post. The number of trade ins compared to the used vehicles on sales have caused the used market an uptick on pricing. It only stands to reason. Then add the fact the cars destroyed are real junk and causes another uptick in pricing. Check the NADA, KBB etc, starting to happen because of this.

"No video of Cpt Sulley landing in the Hudson"? - Maybe not in BumF Arkansas (or what ever hole you crawled out of) - But in the NYC area, I was watching surveillance cam and home video (shot by TERRIFIED people in their water front homes on both the the NYC and Jersey side of the Hudson)) of the plane hitting the water on EVERY local news channel within 20 minutes of the landing.
